Information We Collect

We collect the information you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, service address, project details, and any photos you upload when requesting an estimate, booking an appointment, or messaging us through your customer portal.

When you pay an invoice or approve an estimate, we retain a record of the transaction, approval, and signature so both sides have an accurate history of the work.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to prepare estimates, schedule pickup, delivery, and installation, complete your upholstery project, send appointment and follow-up reminders, and issue invoices and receipts.

We may contact you by email or text message about your project. You can opt out of non-essential reminders at any time from your customer portal notification settings, or by replying STOP to a text message.

Project Photos

Photos you upload are used to quote and complete your project. We only publish before-and-after photos in our gallery or portfolio when you explicitly give permission, and residential customer names and exact addresses are never published.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers required to run our business — for example our fabric and material suppliers when ordering for your job, payment processors, and email or text delivery providers — and only to the extent needed to complete your project.

Data Security

Customer records are stored in an access-controlled database. Portal accounts can only view their own projects, estimates, invoices, and messages. Sensitive business and financial areas are restricted to the business owner and protected with two-factor authentication.

Your Choices

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete records that we are not required to keep for tax or warranty purposes. Contact us and we will respond promptly.
